We’re over the moon to announce that we have become the first winners of Feefo’s 10 Years of Excellence Award. To be recognised with an accolade like this is amazing and a true testament to the hard work everyone here has put in over the last decade. Our aim has always been to ensure our customers consistently receive the highest level of service and it’s great to be recognised for this.

This award is an independent seal of excellence that celebrates businesses like ours which have shown dedication and consistence in customer service – 10 years in a row. The Trusted Service Awards themselves were introduced in 2014 to recognise brands that receive exceptional feedback from their customers. They truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by looking at feedback from real customers.

Considering the distinguished nature of these awards and how difficult they can be to earn, we are delighted that we have been able to achieve this continuously for a decade, resulting in receiving the 10 Years of Excellence Award.

As a company, we have always been and always will be dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible whenever they come to us. We also want to thank those who took the time to leave us Feefo reviews as without these we would not be in a position to receive awards of like these.
