Who we are
Voyager Insurance Services Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a wholesale and retail insurance broker providing trusted insurance products, services and bespoke solutions by Jonathan Buttery, a highly respected member of the travel insurance market.
In 2006 Voyager Insurance was acquired by Andrew Cross and became part of the Somerville group of companies.
Since then Voyager Insurance has lead the market in insurance product development and innovation in the travel insurance and wedding insurance areas. Coupled with our outstanding level of collective experience and knowledge means we have the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations time and time again.
We are committed to always providing the best possible customer service and attention to the needs of our valued wholesale and retail customers.
As a result, Voyager Insurance has won Feefo awards for consistently outstanding customer service and Insurance Choices Awards in 2016 and 2018 for Dreamsaver Wedding Insurance. We were also winners of the National Insurance Awards for our InsuraHome Home Insurance Products in 2020.

Voyager Insruance’s brokers can access the products of their choice through an online booking platform called WEBroker. This platform provides brokers with an easy-to-use internet-based interface through which to arrange and sell policies to their customers. Policy documents are automatically issued directly to customers and renewals can be managed on-screen. In addition, a simple link to the broker’s website enables customers to buy online easily so this makes the product available 24 hours a day whilst maintaining the customer relationship with the broker.
